1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Win Bear Competitions Limited trading as “Bear Competitions” (the “Promoter”).

2. The Competition
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://www.bearcompetitions.com/ (the “Website”) and through the Promoter’s corresponding app (“App”).
2.2. An entry fee is payable each time you enter via our online entry method (“Online Entry Route”), or you may enter for free via the postal entry method outlined in paragraph 3.9 (“Postal Entry Route”). Each person who enters is an “Entrant”.
2.3. International Compliance: Entrants confirm they are complying with all laws in their jurisdiction. The Promoter accepts no liability for unlawful entry.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Competitions run from the published date to the closing date shown on the Website/App (UK time).
3.2. The Promoter may amend dates where necessary. Any changes will be displayed and communicated.
3.3. Entries outside the valid timeframe may be disqualified without refund.

3.5. Entries must be in English.
3.6. Confirmation and ticket numbers will be sent via email.
3.7. The Promoter is not responsible for failed or delayed entries.

4. Choosing a Winner
4.1.Winners are selected via a verifiably random process.
4.2. Draws may be live or automated (Mersenne Twister algorithm).
4.3. The Promoter may redraw if necessary.
4.4. Instant Win tickets are pre-selected randomly.

5. Eligibility
5.1. Open to persons aged 18+ where lawful.
5.2. Proof of eligibility may be required.
5.3. Entries may be disqualified if fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify Entrants acting unfairly.
5.5. Refunds are discretionary only.
5.6. One account per household.
6. The Prize
6.1. Prize details are listed on the Website/App.
6.2. Prizes may be substituted with equal or greater value.
6.3. No warranties are given regarding prizes.
6.4. Vehicle prize conditions remain unchanged.
6.5. Additional prize conditions may apply.
6.6. Prizes may be supplied by third parties.
6.7. Cash alternatives may be offered.
6.8. Prizes are non-transferable.
7. Winners
7.1. The Promoter’s decision is final.
7.2. Winners may be announced publicly.
7.3. Winners will be contacted directly.
7.4. Unclaimed prizes may be reallocated after 21 days.
7.5. Proof of identity may be required.
7.6. For any cash prize of £250 or more, the Winner must provide a photograph and reasonable cooperation for promotional purposes, including inclusion in the Website/App winner gallery and social media channels.
For any cash prize of £5,000 or more, the Winner must also participate in a short video testimonial or similar promotional content as reasonably requested by the Promoter.
Failure to comply may result in the Promoter withholding the Prize until these requirements are fulfilled.
7.7. Winner details may be published unless legally required otherwise.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1. Prizes must be claimed personally.
8.2. Entrants must keep contact details updated.
8.3. Cash prizes paid via bank transfer.
8.4. The Promoter is not responsible if a prize is not taken.
8.5. Vehicle transfers via V5.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is only liable for foreseeable loss caused by breach or negligence.
10. Data Protection & Publicity
10.1. Personal data is used for competition administration and marketing per Privacy Policy.
10.2. By entering the competition, Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name, image, likeness, and details of their win for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes, including but not limited to the Website/App, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
For Winners of cash prizes of £250 or more, provision of a photograph is a condition of accepting the Prize.
For Winners of cash prizes of £5,000 or more, participation in a video testimonial or similar promotional content is also a condition of accepting the Prize.
The Winner grants the Promoter a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such content across all media without additional compensation.
If a Winner refuses to participate, the Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize until all reasonable requirements are met.
This does not affect obligations to provide information to regulators.
10.3. Entrants may request removal of data, but this may result in withdrawal from the competition.
11. General
11.1. Terms may be updated at any time.
11.2. The Promoter may exclude Entrants breaching terms.
11.3. Competitions may be cancelled if necessary (refunds issued).
11.4. Competitions are not affiliated with Meta, Apple, or Google.
11.5. Governed by English law.
11.6. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
11.7. Entrants should retain a copy of these terms.
